This coffee comes from the Samaipata region in Bolivia, a rather new region for growing coffee where the Rodriguez family has pioneered the development and experimentation of it. The farm, Finca Floripondio, are located in a sub tropical valley with extreme microclimate that gives the coffees a complex acidity-sweetness balance and a floral foundation.
