Digna Nuñez is a school teacher in the Chiriqui area of Panama. She is also a third generation coffee grower and looks after her family boutique farm in the Santa Clara region with cultivation experience over 30 years. Talamanca Farms is featured in Panama's Highland Treasures exhibition, where small growers get to showcase the unique terroir and processing of their coffee.

We've seen the name Digna Nuñez before - last year one of the Lost Origin coffees SEY offered was LO x Digna Nuñez - and it offered a super clean, sweet, and tropical cup which really impressed me. This year, we see Digna also working with processing labs like TNT lab. However, this washed lot we got here is unique as it's directly from farm, and it bears the same terroir, complex tea and unique tropical fruit notes that goes beyond what we tasted from last year's Lost Origin lot.
