This coffee comes from the Samaipata region in Bolivia, a rather new region for growing coffee where the Rodriguez family has pioneered the development and experimentation of it. The farm, Finca El Trapiche, are located in a sub tropical valley with extreme microclimate that gives the coffees an intense sweetness. The natural processing itself is super clean, adding the right amount of acidity and stonefruit like linger to the cup.
