Aguacate, fully located within the Barú Volcano National Park, shares the pristine environment and biodiversity of its neighboring high-elevation plots. At 1,900 masl, this washed Geisha delivers elegant florals, citrus brightness, and refined structure—shaped by volcanic soil and cool mountain air.
Dongze's notes: This is one of the coffees that immediately stood out from the cupping table. It has a mild fruit sweetness and a very bright acidity, giving a very citrus-forward, maybe a bit of kiwi taste. When cooled down, the acidity continues to drive the cup. It tastes a bit dragonfruit and has a honey-like finish.
