Earlier this year, the Lajones natural coffee I released received quite some positive feedback - it was clean, juicy, perfectly processed, and so enjoyable to drink - this proves the dedication and quality of work Graciano puts into his work.

For this new crop washed lot, the coffee cherries went through 48 hours of dry cherry fermentation, and then was depulped/submerged and went through 36-40 hours of washed fermentation. The resulting cup is super clean, floral, and delicate. If you are familiar with washed coffees with a controlled fermentation stage, then you know that this will greatly enhance the sweetness and acidity of the cup, while preserving the floral notes. For this coffee, I would associate the sweetness to that of a cup of fresh squeezed sugarcane juice - it's sweet with a refreshing bamboo scent.
