This year, the collab between Finca Gales and Lost Origin has been featured in many brewers cup competitions. I only learned about the farm after cupping a series of Lost Origin coffees and this one stands out from the rest. It's clean, floral, tea-like, but the cup had a very interesting after-taste that somehow boosts the acidity and fruit even more. That bit highlights the entire cup, and I cannot stop thinking about the processing behind it.
