Mount Totumas Ara is a special lot where coffee cherries from nearby farms neighboring Mount Totumas are being collected and centrally processed. Similar to the pre-dried forest ferment I released earlier this year, this is again a super expressive coffee with interesting fermentation going on but not overpowering the cup, perhaps a bit cleaner than the previous one.
