Symbiosis Project x Bambito Estate Gesha Washed

Hunter Tedman (of Blackmoon Farm) started a new collaborative project called Symbiosis Coffee back in 2024. The team works in partnership with smaller coffee producers from the Boquete area, sources coffees from those producers, and brings them back to Blackmoon Farm to do the processing. This results in coffees that are elevated to both retain the origin terroir and emphasize their characteristics via the meticulous processing.

Bambito Estate has been one of our long running favorites. While the new crop directly from farm is still on the way, I found this special collaboration lot between Bambito and Blackmoon to be especially interesting - as it brings out something complex that I haven't fully tasted in the traditional Bambito farm processed washed Geshas.
